An ideal home for a large family, or even two families, on a Wanaka getaway, Kings View features two bedrooms on each level, and a spacious living area upstairs with views to get lost in!
On the ground floor, a spacious room with it’s own private patio features a queen and a single bed, and another room is fitted with two single beds. A modern bathroom provides the conveniences on this lower level.
Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys stunning views and it’s own private toilet, and another room is fitted with bunk beds. Run a bath and soak those muscles in the luxurious upstairs bathroom.
Modern and stylish furnishings in this gorgeous holiday home give the feeling of being in a mountain lodge. Leather couches surround the fireplace, making this a great spot to get cosy together on those mid-year getaways.
You’ll likely spend most of your time enjoying the four different outdoor living spaces here at Kings View. Upstairs, open the sliding doors from the living room and find the perfect spot for your morning coffee with a view. Later, spark up the BBQ and whip up a few sides in the fully equipped kitchen; there’s a great outdoor table with bar seating waiting for you to dine at!
The lovely patio off the downstairs bedroom has comfy couches to enjoy the mountain views from, or put up the umbrella at your second alfresco dining setting and tuck into sandwiches at lunchtime!
A short five-minute drive will have you in town with its lakefront shops and eateries, or if it's just some beach time for a picnic you’re after, you can walk to the lake from home in just 20 minutes.
An adventure further afield could have you at Cardrona or Treble Cone in about 45-minutes, the wineries of Bannockburn in about the same time, and Queenstown via the Crown Range in just over an hour.

Generally a lovely well equity home for a group. However the bunks are not suitable for teens or adults. A few small issues to be sorted out….lockbox not working, was not given enough towels for everyone, and master bathroom has drainage issues. But generally a lovely warm home with great kitchen to come home to after skiing.
Lovely spacious home with amazing views
Unfortunately locked box was broken and we weren't notified. 2 bathroom sinks had plugs stuck down and master shower slow to drain.
Cleaners had made up queen bed in master bedroom by using 2 single bed sheets horizontally as top sheet.
All this was rectified on day 2 by property
manager
We did wnjoy our stay at this property though and would still highly recommend
