Holiday home within easy walk to town (approx 15 minutes) and to lake edge (3 minutes) with views of the lake and mountains from a large elevated deck. Situated close to Eely point with easy access to boat launching ramp, bike trails and walking tracks. Newly renovated with modern kitchen, three bedroom house with two bathrooms (including an ensuite) and seperate toilet. Large open plan living/dining area with log burner and heatpump. Off street parking with garage available and area to park boat.

A great little house in an excellent location. A relaxing spot for our ski holiday - we slept so well! Would stay here again for sure. Host was very responsive and great to deal with - she made our stay very enjoyable.

A great home with a mountain view

Everything about the house was perfect. Lovely comfortable beds to sleep in, room to hang clothes, great kitchen to cook in and a big fridge. With a beautiful mountain view and a beautiful garden in a quiet street, just the perfect place to stay and just 1 min drive to Wanaka town centre.

Perfect stay for family. Loved the fire and beautiful views from big picture windows. The kids loved the backyard. We used this as our base for a week skiing at Cardrona and it could’nt have been more perfect! Thanks Anne and Nigel.

A cosy house in a very convenient location

We loved our stay at this property in Wanaka. It had everything we needed after a day's skiing, and we could relax by the fire to recover! Beautiful garden which the kids loved running around in. Anne and Nigel were very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again if we came back to Wanaka. Great location very close to lake, shops and town park.

Wonderful Wanaka Welcome

Anne and Nigel's lovely home welcomed us with sunshine warming the front rooms which have great views towards the mountains. There is a large fireplace and a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed walking and bike riding. Anne and Nigel were very responsive hosts, we enjoyed our stay and would love to return when we're back in Wanaka.

Cosy cottage

We loved our stay - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Mountain views and lake glimpses. Extremely well set up with everything we needed for our 7 nights. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were really responsive. A 20-25 minute walk into town mostly along the waterfront. the afternoon sun was perfect for reading a book on either of the decks.
