Three additional bedrooms provide ample space, complemented by a second bathroom, separate laundry, and a double garage. A dedicated ski boot drying system and drying cupboard make winter escapes seamless for snow enthusiasts.  
  
Being a 6 minute drive to Wanaka’s town center and lakefront, the home is a gateway to year-round adventure. Spend your days skiing Treble Cone or Cardrona, hiking Roy’s Peak, cycling scenic trails, or exploring local vineyards. Attractions like Puzzling World and Rippon Vineyard are close by, making it easy to enjoy Wanaka’s best offerings no matter the season.
