Located Downtown Walsenburg just off the I-25 Corridor, Highway 85/87, along Highway 10, and 2 blocks from Highway 160 and conveniently located within walking distance to Coffee Shops, dining, groceries, shopping, banking, and entertainment. Located above the famous Crafty Canary Brewery and completely renovated in June of 2019 with an industrial yet modern chic decor you will love!

Loft #4 includes a Queen Size bed within a private bedroom and an additional King Size bed within a private bedroom. Complete with 2 flat-screen TV's, High-Speed Internet, 200 TV Channels, & Netflix. A separate sitting area with a private coffee nook complete with a microwave and minifridge. A private bathroom with a rainfall glass shower and lighted mirror.
