It is on the first floor to the rear, floor-length window slots offer a beautiful view of the (usually) lush garden-green. The living and dining room is with a size of 60 square meters as in each apartment very generous. The kitchen is well equipped and is suitable for cooking and cooking together, at the dining table fit more than four people. The stove invites you to extensive meetings on the corner sofa, which can also be converted into a sofa bed. Both bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom (a full bath, a shower room). Ein altes Gutshaus zu sanieren- ein Traum... Die Vermieter haben diesen wahr gemacht. Ein herrliches Ambiente... die Wohnungen bzw. Zimmer absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nichts fehlt. Der große Garten ist ebenfalls traumhaft schön... unser Sohn, 7, war ständig unterwegs - auf dem Trampolin, im Sand, im Baumhaus...für Kinder spitze - ohne Gefahren. Absolut entspannend. Wir haben herrliche Radtouren unternommen, konnten Inline skaten, spazieren gehen bzw. joggen. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen ruhig gelegenen See...Fuer Kinder gibt es viele Moeglichkeiten fuer Unternehmungen...reiten, Bärenpark, Kanu fahren usw ...Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe, z.B in Malchow...aber auch nach Lexow kommt ein fahrender Bäcker, ein Metzger und sogar der Eiswagen...allerdings hat das neu eröffnete kleine und liebevoll eingerichtete Café auch leckeres Eis und tollen Kaffee... Eine herzliche und unkomplizierte Atmosphäre lädt zum Wiederkommen ein - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen! Dieses wunderschöne Haus in der tollen Umgebung Mecklenburgs zieht uns immer wieder an, nach Lexow zu reisen. Wir konnten so schon mehrere Ferienwohnungen im Guthaus Lexow genießen und nach unseren Aufenthalten kommen wir immer super entspannt und glücklich nach Hause. Egal ob im Sommer zum Radeln und Baden oder im Herbst und Winter gemütlich vor dem Kamin zu sitzen oder Lagerfeuer auf der riesigen Freifläche hinterm Haus zu machen. Das Haus eignet sich fantastisch für Familien und auch größere Gruppen. Es ist ein Vergnügen in der wunderbaren Küche (die besser ausgestattet ist als meine Zuhause ;-)) zu kochen und mit allen gemeinsam am prächtigen alten Holztisch zu speisen. Auch die anderen Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet - eine gute Mischung aus alt und neu! Ich freue mich schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Gutshaus Lexow! Aline ##### Aline R. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten direkt eingezogen, weil einfach alles gepasst hat (sauber, gepflegt, geschmackvoll). Die Absprachen und Betreuung im Vorfeld und auch nach der Reise verliefen prompt, zuverlässlich und sehr freundlich und wir erhielten jede Menge Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung. Für alles ein herzliches Merci an die Besitzer. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, um jede Jahreszeit im Haus und in der Region zu erleben und haben das Haus bereits weiterempfohlen, so begeistert waren wir. ##### Franka M. Mit hervorragenden Gastgebern in stilvoll aber trotzdem superchilliger Umgebung. Das alte Gutshaus mit seinen Holzböden entfaltet mit französischen Antiquitäten und Designer-Accessoirs einen dollen Charme. Mit unseren beiden Jungs hatten wir eine 140-Quadratmeterwohnung, eben Amssee. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, sehr schick und mit viiiil Platz. Auch in der perfekt eingerichteten Wohnküche: Platz, Stil, Lust auf gemeinsames Kochen und Essen. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was das Herz begehrte: Reiten, Golfen, Wellness, herrliche Landschaft, das Gutshaus selbst bietet Yogaseminare an. Kulturelle Geheimtipps auf Schritt und Tritt, z.B. im Pfarrhaus Grüssow mit einer Ausstellung über den Edvard-Munch-Mäzen Albert Kollmann. Das tolle Freigelände haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Nur den Kompost rausgebracht und uns schon wie Landbewohner gefühlt. Da fahren wir wieder hin! ##### Cornelia B. Trotz schlechtem Wetter machten wir einen großartigen Spaziergang durch Wald und Wiese und wärmten uns danach am Kamin. Die Ferienwohnungen sind stilvoll und sehr gemütlich und laden ein zu langen Gesprächen, toller Lektüre und allem ein, wozu man mit lieben Menschen die Zeit verbringen möchte. Die "Herbergseltern" sind unglaublich nett, flexibel und man merkt dem Haus die Liebe an, die sie in die Einrichtung gesteckt haben. Schwer zu empfehlen - wir werden wieder hinfahren. Äußerst geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnungen mit einem Mix aus modernem Design und alten Holzmöbeln. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl bekamen wir ohne Probleme gestellt. Wir haben uns, nicht zuletzt wegen der hübschen bereitgestellten Blumen, willkommen und sofort wohl gefühlt. Große hochwertige Küche in einem großen Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Alte Dielen, passend stilvolle Möbel, tolle hochwertige Bäder, kein Verkehr vor der Haustür. Das wir dann als Stadtmenschen beim gemeinsamen Grillen mit den Vermietern auch noch einen Storch gesehen haben war perfekt. Der "Hausee" ist zwar nicht am Haus, aber dafür schön ruhig und gar nicht überlaufen. Das die Vermieter dann auch noch ein Kind im gleichen Alter haben, war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Schon im Vorfeld unserer Reise war der telefonische und auch der Kontakt per E-Mail ausgezeichnet. Da es sich, wie im Inserat beschrieben, um eine wirklich ländliche Gegend handelt, bekamen wir vorab auch schon detaillierte Informationen über Einkaufs-, Besichtigungs-, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurantempfehlungen zugesandt. Die Angaben im Inserat sind genauestens beschrieben. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der riesige Garten bietet Erholung pur, sowie diverse Sitz-, Grill- und Spielmöglichkeiten. Selbst ein Bollerwagen steht zur Verfügung, wenn man mit seinem Geschirr und allem anderen draußen essen möchte. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und man fühlte sich jederzeit familiär aufgenommen. Der Ort ist ziemlich zentral der Seen gelegen, so dass man sternförmig jeden grösseren Ort problemlos erreichen kann. Ein Auto ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir werden diese Adresse jederzeit weiterempfehlen und sind selbst nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Ein großes Lob an die Vermieter. Wir waren die ersten Gäste im Gutshaus, waren insgesamt 16 Personen und haben ein ganz wundervolles Wochenende dort verbracht. Die Räume und der Garten sind traumhaft schön und die Gastgeber waren wunderbar. Wir haben ein unvergessliches Wochenende in Lexow verbracht, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Gutshaus von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Jedes Detail stimmt an Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Sehr gepflegt. Auch der große Garten ist ganz wunderbar. Man will gar nicht mehr weg aus dieser Idylle. Das Vermieterpaar war vor Ort. Die Beiden waren ausgesprochen freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit und hatten einem ganz selbstverständlichen, unkomplizierten Charme. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. ---
