Walnut Creek Experience

Loved the location. Walk to Downtown. Around the corned from Civic Park and the Iron Horse Trail. Great perspective to experience Walnut Creek and the area.

Loved it!!!

Brad and his crew were such hospitable hosts. The place was immaculate and comfortable. I never heard noise of doors or people from other units. It was easy to walk all over downtown from the location. I will most definitely be back.

This condo certainly deserves the 5 star rating. The decor and furnishings are pristine. Bradley has decorated it very tastefully and comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal. However the location is walkable to a multitude of restaurants and stores. We had an excellent experience! Thanks much!

**Pros*** Great downtown location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, playground, and library.* Smooth check-in/out.* Off-street parking.* Reliable heating/AC.**Cons**Main issue was a strong mold odor throughout the condo. Reported next morning; despite daily follow-ups, it took 3 days to address. Drain treatment reduced but didn’t eliminate smell, and we kept windows open much of the time. Sensitive guests should consider staying elsewhere.Bedding was fully synthetic and uncomfortable for hot sleepers; fitted sheet constantly slipped off, exposing mattress protector overnight.Supplies were very limited: only two toilet paper rolls for a 5-day stay with three guests. When requested more, we were told to purchase our own, which felt inconsistent with the 100 guest fee.Unit sits above a car dealership; car alarms frequently went off at night/early morning.The condo is small, and the bedroom is separated by a frosted sliding glass door offering little light/noise privacy. It feels more like a studio than a one-bedroom, especially for families with young children.Overall, the stay fell short of expectations. While AvantStay representatives were responsive, follow-through and guest comfort were lacking.
