"Air conditioning was out which wasn’t bad but then it felt like had a heater on so the rooms were too warm. Parking was fine. Staff were fine. The hotel itself and the rooms were disgusting. If you’re planning a trip with little ones - DO NOT STAY HERE. It was very uncomfortable. And we weren’t able to get a refund, so we had to buy extra blankets and towels to use. We put blankets over the bed and slept on top of the blankets we purchased. Which wasn’t included in our budget but had to make work! The hotel looks completely different from the pictures, which is definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Nothings works. There’s no cafe. The pool is closed. Ice machine didn’t work (even though I had no desire to use it given the filth of this place). & You can tell other guests were just as disappointed as I was. This hotel should be taken off of the listings in its entirety. We will never stay there again & I recommend you not stay here either!"

"STAY AWAY. This hotel is an absolute mess. There was a water leak during our stay and rhe whole place smelled like sulfur and vinegar. Ceiling tiles missing, yet they still were selling rooms. This hotel is frequented by "weekly " or daily type undesirable and very questionable people. Smell of weed. Plaster, cracked and broken in room. Had NO hot water for 2 days. Very low water pressure. This place is run very poorly. Do yourself a favor and if you value your family DO NOT book here. Oh and to top it off 3-4 customers work vans were broken into and all content stolen on the last day we were there so there was broken windows vehicles in the parking lot that have been broken into just not a good place not a good hotel not well run and staff does not care. Very rude."

"Our was ok, it’s an older hotel so they do there best to keep things clean. The breakfast isn’t as great to me as other reviews have stated. I don’t do the watery imitation eggs or super processed mystery meat sausage. Coffee and juices are fine. Toast and bagels are great! The other issue is the homeless encampment right outside the back of the hotel were the views of the water are. Nothing against the homeless but the have a better view lol. They were also constantly fighting and their dog was barking all night and morning. Other than that it was a good stay."
