The lobby was the best looking part and misleading. The rest is dated, our blow dryer did not work and iron had built up water gunk that almost ruined my daughter’s shorts. Went for a morning walk to discover the marina is closed and no longer docks boats and just looks like a ghost town in the back. Pretty sad actually. Sure it was grand in its day along with the hotel. Must say though the breakfast was great and staff friendly. All in all, if you’re looking for a budget in the San Francisco area, it’s a fair price considering what you get across the bay in San Francisco. The on site free parking is another plus.

Lots of places to walk to get great food, before 9 PM. Afterwards, it’s pretty much a food desert.
It’s great being two blocks away from Bart when you’re traveling from the airport.
Very comfortable beds! Great size bathroom!

Great location. Beautiful views of San Francisco city and the bay. Helpful staff and was happy they provided fresh coffee in the lobby for free. Nice safe parking lot.

The hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was great. Very helpful and polite. The room was comfortabe,
The area is scary. Prostitutes are working the area all day and night. The hotel is a little run down. There was some mildew the shower. When a screaming match started in the next room the staff handled it pretty quickly. The area surrounding the hotel is dirty.
They provide two free electric car chargers which I have never seen.
If you need a reasonably priced room in Oakland its a good place.

"Well, it’s on the wharf so that’s nice Good View And they did have a hot tub that works, so that was very nice The only negative is the charge for the parking for 45 and it’s not easy to bring your luggage in in a few places But on the whole, it’s a pretty nice hotel.
