Wooden floors made the hall ways and rooms noisy! Also maid service did not close our door on our last day, which is not good. door was open for 8 hours.

Yes but it would be nice to have some bacon or breakfast meat besides eggs what they have is a continental breakfast not breakfast. Room noisy area above me someone stomping & running hard, with rip in carpet, my other stay there two other times was very nice

I stayed at this location in 2018 and thought it was a great location and liked the hotel. This time there were 3 of us. I requested high floor with Bay views and got the 14th floor.
