Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. They didn't have room service without a 24 hour notice, but they don't tell you that when checking in. The parking was probably the best part about it all, so nice to have affordable and easy self pay parking and valet as an option. If you want a full service establishment, this is definitely not it.
