10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

"Popped in for a quiet stay. Lots of walkers and bikers. Biker friendly place with nice hard surfaces. In the mountains, so lots of opportunities for winding roads. Some people even walk up in the mountains ;) Kitchen is closed on Tuesday, but everyone took pity on me, it had been a long time since ..."
