Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, vanity and separate toilet. Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout; Pedestal fans in bedrooms. Large television in lounge room with sea views; DVD player; DVDs; Board games. Television in kitchen & dining area; Bluetooth speaker. Well equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee machine (coffee pods supplied, and guests can purchase additional Nespresso-compatible pods locally), & medium fridge with freezer on top. Top load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board; Rotary clothesline in rear yard. Undercover entertaining area on rear verandah; Dining seating; Hooded gas barbecue; Secure yard; Lawned area. Fish cleaning facilities; Crab cooker. Ramp access to house with access rails. 10 minutes’ walk to beach & shops. Off-street driveway parking for 2 cars & a boat behind fence; No garage access for guests. Sorry, pets not permitted.  
  
DIRECTIONS: Follow Copper Coast Highway into Wallaroo, turning left onto Spencer Highway at the intersection of Owen Terrace. Follow the signage for Spencer Highway and turn right onto Hughes Street, then left onto Lydia Terrace at the intersection. Turn right on Carleton Crescent, Sea the View is on the left with the yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
