It was about 30 mins outside of Knoxville, but close enough to Maryville and Townsend to have food and entertainment. The cabin was big enough to accommodate 11 of us. Had a power outage and that did receive quick feed back from property managers. They were quick to answer all texts or messages that was 5 🌟 for sure!! This was a critical part of the selection criteria it booking. The property did not have a hottub and the area where the hot tub was in the pictures had been removed with a hot wire still in place. The bar light in the kitchen was inoperable and the garbage disposal was inoperable. The towel rack in the upper bathroom was broken leaving no place for towels. There were not basic supplies to operate the property such as dishwasher detergent, toilet paper or paper towels. These are normally provided at a minimum in my experience with rentals. The carpet was fifty and stained. The right bedroom downstairs a prior guests dirty clothes were under the bed. The location was good and pricing was reasonable comparatively. Check-in and check-out was seamless. I sent the same feedback to the management company Haven. They were receptive and committed to addressing the inaccuracies. ##### Larry M.
