Immediately upon entering the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was immense. There was some sort of insect on the wall near the restroom. We went downstairs and requested to be moved, and due to almost all rooms being booked and none available like the one we paid for, we gladly accepted a smaller room with fewer amenities. The chairs in the rooms ( both rooms) were stained and did not look sanitary. The towels had some stains. The bedding did appear to be clean. Staff were accommodating with what they had and could do.

It’s a okay place to stay the staff was very nice and helpful the rooms were not as clean as they should have been we stayed for a week and housekeeping never cleaned the room we had to ask for towels everyday empty our own garbage cans we had even put the clean please tag on the door when we left for the day only to come back and nothing was done to it

the stay was ok. the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There was no hair dryer in bath. The breakfast was ok but no fruit. The lighting in the whole room was not good. Need more light in bath and bedroom. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was average, we did have a stain on a towel and pillow case that was obvious. There was no way that the house keeping crew would not have seen it when putting it into the room so throw away something that cannot be cleaned, it's just gross. The breakfast was average. Staff were nice.
