"The hotel sits right on the bay on the other side of the lions bridge, why l mention this is parking in St Augustines can really be a problem, so you can leave your car at the hotel and walk to town and fort. A real plus and no charge for parking like some others in town. Can't say enough about the staff and the breakfast, not your typical buffet. You won't be disappointed. Room is clean and quiet, it's not a five star hotel, but you are not paying a 100 dollors more a night. In my opinion really enjoyed this hotel and will stay there again."

"Water pressure in one of the back bedroom showers was literally non existent. We felt like the backyard was way overgrown. Master shower kept getting stopped up and we had to use the toilet stopper several times that week to help the water drain. Maybe the maintenance company didn't pay much attention because the outside of the home in the backyard seemed to be in some disrepair, especially the porch overhang in the backyard. The pool and pool house was nice, Rooms were spacious but I more blankets were needed in each room. Definitely more wash rags were needed. I felt like we were doing laundry just for the towels and wash rage on a daily basis with 6 people and a baby.Only 1 wash rag in the kitchen to do dishes seemed to be a bother. 2 would have been better. For the price I paid to rent the home for the week, I just would have expected a little more overall care. The laundry setup in the garage was interesting. It did the job but just not was I was expecting at all. I hate leaving reviews that aren't top notch but I felt being honest was best. On a good note, the beds were ALL SUPER comfortable. My husband has severe back issues, so that has always been an issue for him. His back felt great the whole time there. Thank you for investing in that so your guest could get some good rest. Overall the house was very nice and roomy, but it's the little things that make a difference for guest."
