2 Personen . Und viel zu warm im
Zimmer da es keine Klimaanlage hat .
Die Liegewiese ist auch sehr klein und nur wenige Liegestühle .
Der Parkplatz kostet auch noch extra, 20€p.T.

Delightful place to stay. Very clean and very accommodating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was on the small side but our travel companions room size was perfect. I would definitely recommend to others and I would also stay here again.

This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip

A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel.
The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

"dirty room, there were #2 stains in the bathroom. everything was dirty and smelling bad. I had used dirty towels in my room. sauna did not work while i was there. the staff are not trained in basic customer service and just try to ensure you dont have an enjoyable experience. also 2 times a cleaner ..."
