"Extremely clean, quiet and convenient. An easy walk from the train and terminal. Room was nice and about what you’d expect from a Hyatt. Extremely large TV for the size of the room. All in all, a good stay. "

"The airport circle right next to the airport was immaculately clean. There was even a park area for walking. It was a quick, easy walk from the airport arrival area. "

"Nice clean, modern room. Close by the airport which is the whole reason we booked there. There were very little amenities, but did have a nice parking garage. We stayed one night for convenience to getting to the airport in the morning, we probably wouldn’t have enjoyed staying much longer than that."

"It was a good stay. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating specially at the reception. Breakfast was okay. For the price of 25CHF it was not worth it. Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. She spoke spanish to her colleague badmouthing the family. She probably thought no one can hear and understand her but we did. That’s not professional but also very unkind. Area is a 5-7 mins Uber ride to Zurich airport but quite far to Zurich city centre."

"The woman that checked us in was super friendly! We went to old town Zurich for a few hours and when we came back our key did not work. There was someone different at the desk who told us it was locked because originally we were assigned a different room. She was rude and made it sound like it was our fault that our belongings were in that room. Even other guests were surprised. Front desk staff kindness is very important for guest experiences. I left my earbuds by accident and they claimed they were not found. Room was clean, spacious enough and breakfast was great."

"Wonderful location to the bahnhof and Coop grocery store. Both less than 5 min walk. 5 min drive to the airport. "

"We booked this room to be close to the airport for an early flight. Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls. There is not much around the hotel to do or see or options for eating. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was friendly. "
