GG's Place in Sandpiper Village

  • Ocean Front home in prestigious Sandpiper Village. This single level 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been meticulously maintained. Large open living space with fireplace, and large eating bar. The large kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space, has had a recent upgrade with all new stainless steel appliances. The beach access couldn't be easier as it is just right off the back deck of the home with a nice trail straight out onto the sand. Please note this home does not have cable TV, but there is an application to stream local channels for news etc.
    No Motorhomes. No boats. No trailers. Strictly enforced.
