### Comfortable, bright 2-room apartment

The fully furnished apartment with an ingenious layout is accessible at ground level and has a practical kitchenette with sink, two-burner hob, fridge, lower and upper cupboards (with crockery/without hob) right in the entrance area.   
An additional storage room with window next door offers an ideal place for all kinds of utensils such as a vacuum cleaner or cleaning products.  
Continue into the bright children's room, which could be used as a separate sleeping area or small office, giving you another place to retreat to.  
The large bathroom opposite the kitchenette is tiled in light brown and has a bathtub, washbasin and WC with ventilation.  
The adjoining light-flooded living room with access to the terrace is, like the other rooms except the bathroom, laid with green carpeting.   
Here you can relax by the window in the solid wooden seating area. A bright and ideal place with a view to the outside.   
On the newly designed balcony next door, you have a view of the surrounding vacation homes and can sit outside and make yourself comfortable.  
With a large sofa bed, shelving unit and TV, this lovely apartment offers enough space for a single person or a couple who would like to live and work in this idyllic complex.
