On the positive - Regarding the Staff - extremely helpful and professional. On the negative ...we had continuous issues with our room door lock and had to ask staff for their help - very frustrating. The washing machine was old and extremely loud and needed to be replaced. The cover for the rad heat was not secure and fell down,

Decent location, close to Paddington and felt safe. No tea/coffee in the room, had to get it from a communal space on a separate floor. Shower was unreal! Although bathroom space in general was very cramped.
