The hotel is easy to access—around 5 minutes walk from JR Wakkanai Station, or if you taking the Soya Bus from Wakkanai Airport, this is a half-hour trip and the stop is diagonally opposite the hotel. There are supermarket and convenience store nearby, and restaurants as well (pay attention to the opening hours, most of them close quite early). Although the reviews were generally below average or poor I needed a hotel as I was on a long trip in Hokkaido. I have stayed in hotels in about 15 different countries and have never been treated so badly upon check in as this hotel. I absolutely would never stay here nor set foot in this place again. Extremely rude to international visitors, at least me. I asked to see the General Manager and was told he wasn't there. When I asked for a refund on the night he suddenly appeared. Caught red handed in a lie as well. Do yourself and favour.
