All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.

Smart Guesthouse was a great place to stay on our visit to Rome. Conveniently located near train station and Metro. Decent walking distance to many landmarks. Room was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Host was super helpful and accommodating.

There is no elevator at all! The rooms were fairly clean, but the outside has beer cans and bottles and trash all over the ground and parking lot…stairwell had trash on them… our room keys never worked , had to go have them reprogrammed every time to get in the room… definitely overpriced for ...
