Nice location and property. Very convenient for transportation to other places around Wakayama.
Excellent hotel, look forward to staying with them again in future.
Due to an early flight I arrived in the morning, but nonetheless the staff were extremely helpful. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view, and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff informed me as soon as it was, which was very much appreciated, especially what appeared to be a busy holiday period.
Room itself was lovely, breakfast was excellent and well-managed despite quite a full hotel. Roof spa bathing area was also very well maintained and enjoyable.

Lovely hotel with great amenities including a rooftop spa
Room is considerably big compared with similar Japanese chain hotels, establishment seems new hence all is still in well maintained condition, check in and out is relatively a breeze.
Love the room with the river view and likewise the breakfast area with the same view.
Did not like the tiny space provided for hanging clothes. Love that the train station is so close to the hotel. Few minutes to walk there. Plenty of restaurants, really good supermarket.
great location directly above the major train station. very quiet though due to good sound insulation.
rooms are typically tiny but well maintained and clean.
hot spring has no special water but the view from the 12F is breathtaking and the facility is great.
only negative thing was the AC which was much too loud. we're living in the tropics and always sleep with AC on, but this one we had to turn off.
Location was good, hotel is clean and well kept. Reception services was good. Only one small comment. We were having breakfast and just wanted to fill our drink bottle and ask if we could and I was shocked to recieve a no. It was just plain water, something small that could have help enlighten the experience. Still give this place the stay a 9 over 10
Highly recommended! Well designed & comfortable rooms, nicely appointed, Onsen on the 12th floor. Located in a mini-mall complex by the train station with a large multi-story parking, and many options to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus a specialty food market on the ground floor In short an excellent choice in Wakayama. Easy bus access or 20min walk to the castle and museums
Room is very clean and tidy. Staff very nice. Tge view of onsen also nice.Transportation is convenient and selective. Overall for Hotel in railway station is very good.
