Welcome to Lakefront at 5 Mile, an ultimate family-friendly lake house nestled right on the shores of Taupo’s stunning 5 Mile Bay. With uninterrupted views, direct access to the lake, and everything you need for a relaxing or adventure-filled getaway, this is the perfect spot for your next Taupo escape. Step straight from the deck to the water’s edge. The home offers indoor-outdoor flow, with multiple deck areas, a BBQ, and a covered alfresco space for year-round enjoyment. Inside, the house is warm and welcoming, featuring a wood-burning fire in the main living area, plus heat pumps/air-conditioning both upstairs and downstairs for year-round comfort. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite) provide plenty of space for up to 12 guests. Lakefront at 5 Mile has something for everyone: • Kayaks, bikes, and kids’ scooters for lakeside adventures • Board games for cosy evenings in • Plenty of parking, with room to bring your boat or jet ski • Laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer Whether it’s a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or a peaceful lakeside retreat, Lakefront at 5 Mile offers the perfect base to enjoy all that Lake Taupo has to offer. Please note: the property is not fenced at the lakefront, so young children must be supervised at all times.
