Tried a number in safe and error occurred even when following instructions. After assistance another number worked as expected using the same procedure as before???

This hotel is located conveniently at Chinatown. We were not notified of renovation ongoing at the lobby and hence some inconvenience was to be expected. Housekeeping was efficient in providing service and kind to offer a room upgrade and bottle of wine for our birthday celebrations!
