This Idyllic private residence is perfect for families escaping the hustle and bustle of life. You can paddle your canoe or kayak in the calm waters of Lake Tabourie, try your luck with fishing or surf one of the quality breaks nearby.
Location This immaculate property could not be in a better location. A leisurely 300m walk to kilometres of unspoilt surf beaches, golden sands and some of the best fishing spots. Both Crampton and Stokes Island are only a stone's through away. This stretch of beach is as good as your own - secluded and beautiful! Tabourie Lake offers peace, tranquility and magnificent unspoiled beach and lake frontage. It is a haven for native birds and a great spot to swim, fish, canoe or picnic. The Lake is mostly suited to flat-bottomed non-motorised boats.

Amazing location for a getaway, the house borders a reserve that leads to the beach and lake which made it absolutely fantastic if you enjoy the beach and it’s secluded which gives you privacy and time to enjoy the sounds of nature along with crashing waves in your sleep. Would recommend.

Great Gem
Great holiday house - very clean & everything you would need in your home away from home was supplied. Great location with only the sound of waves to enjoy - wish we could of stayed longer & will be back
Beautiful house and perfect location for a beach stay!
Great house and beautifully renovated. In a perfect location just an 800m walk to the beach. The fences were great and meant our dogs were safe in the garden.
The house is only a 15min drive from Ulladulla, where the main grocery stores are.
Only downside for our stay, is that there were no fans in the house apart from the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It would be great to have even just a pedestal fan in the lounge area to help circulate the air. As we had a 38°C day whilst there.
For us the fan situation was a very small thing.
Would highly recommend this house to couples and families.
Great little house However, there was very mouldy tub of ice cream in the freezer on arrival and the pillows are very thin. Other than that it was very comfortable and has a great location.
