"Incredible rental, stocked with everything we needed. View is as advertised, parking easy, location great. Pool / hot tub / games etc, Back of the resort is well manicured and active with dogs running around, kids playing etc. We looked at basically every resort around, very happy we went with this one. Highly recommend.13 /15 year olds, in laws and me and my wife. Plenty of space. 10/10!"

"The unit was ok- needs a serious deep clean- shades were filthy, hair on the floor when we arrived.Pool looks larger in photos than reality. It was an ok place in a decent location, not sure I’d book it again. On the positive side: the beds were comfortable and new."

"Were we pleased with our stay in D303!!!The condo was very clean and cozy and offers beautiful views. The bathrooms are nice with tile showers and good water pressure, tho the upstairs toilets sits somewhat low to the ground. The location of Luana Kai itself is perfect, just about 10 minutes from The Food Trucks that we visited several times and several other shops and beaches. The condo itself is also in a perfect location, literally 125 steps to the beach and sits at the back of the small (A-D) resort and even tho it's located in the middle of the D building was still quiet. Be aware that since it is located on the top, there are 3 flights of stairs, but it was worth the climb! The condo has stackable washer/dryer and pods provided which was a plus. There is a closet of misc beach items ie boogie board, some sand toys, a few snorkel masks and beach chairs - those were a huge win for us! And beach towels were provided. The pool/hot tub are in close distance and also has a shuffleboard game just outside the gate. I was hesitant to leave anything negative, but an honest review isn't always bad. We found the Wi-Fi very spotty and we didn't use it most of the time - but then again we didn't go to Maui to be on our phones/Wi-Fi ;) The pickleball courts were advertised but no paddles were provided.Overall this rental is a must and has so much to offer! It is very clean and has the basic things needed for a 9 day stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, and it had everything we needed for our stay, including essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and other useful supplies.The property itself was also very nice and well-maintained. Communication with the management was easy, and they were very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything.The only downside for us was that the ocean area right near the condo is quite rocky, so it wasn't ideal for swimming or getting into the water. However, there are other beautiful beaches nearby.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others!"

"Very comfortable accommodations for our family of 4 adults. The view was amazing, we enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai and the park. The air conditioners worked well for keeping the bedrooms cool, we didn't really need or use the one in the common area. Our only suggestion would be to have a full size couch or an additional chair to allow for comfortable seating for 4 in the living room. We didn't spend much time inside during our trip (other than to eat and sleep), but when we did there really wasn't room for all 4 of us to sit and visit."

"We are a family of 4 with 2 young girls. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including beach and pool supplies. The only issue we had was putting away the pull out bed was hard to figure out, but I once we did it was all good. The host was very responsive and nice."

"We absolutely loved it. We traveled with our kiddo and the pool is his favorite part.The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler, all the kitchen things and more. The downside to having everything needed in the kitchen is that there isn't anywhere to put pantry food items. We had to rearrange cups to fit bread, cereal and pasta.Location was perfect. There are coffee shops and other stores within a 15 minute walk. Getting to other cities is easy from the condo as well.Parking lot is tight but we didn't have any issues with our Honda Pilot rental. There are beautiful plumeria trees in the lot and cute geckos running around.The building manager, Stephen, helped us inflate some balls for the pool and chatted with us a bit. He was very friendly and welcoming!"
