With three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms—including a master with ensuite and its own TV—there’s space and privacy for the whole family. The efficient heat pump keeps things cozy year-round, and the Smart TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment after a day in the sun. A full laundry with washer and dryer is located in the double garage for added convenience.  
  
Settle in for a peaceful day or head out and explore. Stroll to the friendly Waipu Bowling Club or wander into Waipu Village, where you’ll find boutique shops, cafés, a bottle store, salons, churches, and the legendary Waipu Pizza Barn.
