"The condo was just ok in the garden section of the complex. It smelled moldy the whole time. Needs to be updated a bit. It was fine for our two nights. I’ve stayed in way better condos in that complex but I had a last minute change in plans so I’m glad that condo was available. The price was way too high for garden view in that complex. I guess the gardeners didn’t work the weekend so our patio and the whole complex was full of dry fallen leaves and dead flowers. When the gardeners came on Monday they used gas powered blowers and the smell came into our condo and choked us!"

"Nice condos literally a couple hundred yards from napili bay. Nice pool. Clean room with comfortable bed and kitchen. Amenities provided in room like soap, shampoo, etc. Nice thick towels and water pressure for shower was awesome. Off the balcony you can see part of the ocean and at night you can most times hear the waves with the door open. There is laundry room also. The island cafe was outside the entrance and has amazing food and drinks. Snorkel Bob's was also there and can provide all of your beach needs and Duke there was awesome. He went above and beyond to help me out and his wife even booked all of my excursions. I would recommend seeking him there for those needs. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again."

"Only 1.5 miles from the downtown area. Nice and quiet. The hammocks throughout the property make it even easier to unplug and relax. Will absolutely visit again once the restaurant opens again."

"We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the apartment! The view was amazing, and the location was great. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach, or you can easily drive there. There is some free parking available if you’re lucky enough to grab a spot, or paid parking for $10 for 3 hours. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back! The only downside was the air conditioning upstairs. It got quite hot, possibly because of the roof, or maybe the AC itself needs to be cleaned or upgraded. The hosts actually offered to come and take a look, which we appreciated, but we decided not to bother since we only had two nights left in our stay. Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time here! Can't wait to come back!"

"The amenities of the home: gym, pool, pickleball and proximity to a wonderful beach and a coffee shop were five stars all the way that made the vacation wonderful for 8 adults and 4 small kids! Especially the pool slide. We were disappointed to find the gas stove had been replaced with an ill-fitting electric stove and one of the two washers and dryers were not able to be used during our stay."

"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The resort is in a great location, but they are renovating the adjacent tower. I would go back for the views and luxurious condo, but not if KBM is managing it."
