The Mona Vale is located just 0.4km away in the heart of the main hub, where you'll find cafes, a garage, and a hotel. It's just 0.2km from the center. You can even take a short 44-minute drive to the alpine village of Hanmer Springs, known for its natural hot pools and stunning landscapes. This lifestyle block is surrounded by orchards that offer a private space and a fire pit where guests can relax under the magical, starry night sky. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is just an hour's drive away from Christchurch. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
