All as listed in description is accurate. Everything for the most part was in good shape and clean, and I appreciated the air conditioning system in each room! The town the property is located in is very local- expect a bit of a drive to anything that may be on your itinerary. We did not cook anything, but full kitchen was nice. Washer and dryer came in handy too- and abundance of towels in the bathrooms and closets. Also saved us on buying beach towels as there are a few there to use. ##### Andrew G.
