The staff were friendly and accommodating. They had several on-site tour options including the Camel Ride, Jeep Tour & Hot Air Balloon that were amazing. The tent was clean and comfortable. Only thing is, the wifi/internet is not the greatest, and there were no outlets that i saw the charge things like your phone for example. But you are in the desert, so this was not unexpected. The place was easy to get to with nearby parking, they offer to pick you up and transport you to the actual location which was fantastic. However, the property I stayed in didn't have working AC for several hours at a time which meant it would get extremely hot inside. The showers didn't work properly either with barely any water coming out. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had our own 4x4 car so we were able to buy a pass for the park and drive right to the place. We booked a sunset camel ride that was amazing. Mohammed and the team were VERY helpful. My wife enjoyed the camel ride and the supper… but she fell ill during the night. Otherwise, we loved every thing about the place… the location, the “bubble tent” to gaze at the stars from bed… just couldn’t do the things we had planned due to the sickness. I believe Haitham and Alamir are the owners and they were so nice and accommodating. I booked a jeep tour with them and Bahaa our driver/tour guide showed us the beauty of Wadi Rum in 2 hours, from sunrise, dunes, lawrence of arabia, old man face, petroglyphs and the nice view point. The crew working at the camp were fantastic and very helpful with planning our excursions. The only draw back was the loud music during dinner time.
