"Lovely breakfast, evening meals freshly cooked although limited menu. Pool/spa area very nice. Outdoor pool such a bonus with this heatwave!! King room,no2, ground floor clean comfortable with good tea/coffee etc, plus fresh milk and waters."

"Lovely spot in Rock for a couple, the property was clean and Hugh was in contact upon arrival. A good pub with excellent food was a 5 minute walk with shops only 10 minutes. Rock and the ferry to Padstow was a 20 minute walk away."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Es entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Die Küche ist hervorragend equipped und die Kommunikation mit Jane war herzlich und schnell.Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat sogar versucht, uns bei einem medizinischen Problem aus ihrem eigenen Urlaub heraus zu helfen.Besonders in Erinnerung werden uns die Kühe bleiben, die einen morgens durch das Küchenfenster begrüßen und abends durch eben dieses mit TV schauen :-)Viele Grüße, Sandra Markus"

"Lovely B&B close to Wadebridge, Rock and Polzeath and not too far to the Eden Project. Nicky has created a friendly home from home, with very comfortable rooms overlooking her lovely garden. Excellent breakfasts with delicious local ingredients."

"What a wonderful property! We loved it! One of the best houses we have stayed in. Bedrooms were huge with lovely comfy beds & plenty of drawer/ cupboard space. Everything in the house was top quality from the solid oak wood throughout, the lovely bathrooms with the best Mira showers ever and all the kitchenware. I've never stayed in a property where the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could want. Had a great utility room with washing machine & brand new tumble dryer, clothes airer, everything you needed. The house had a lovely feel to it, very relaxing & spotlessly clean. Ros was a great communicator & helped to make our stay run very smoothly. We absolutely loved it & didn't want to leave. It was a real home from home. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine Ros, it was lovely. We would definately come again if we come back to Cornwall."

"The host was excellent and answered any questions I had immediately.The property was exactly as described and was clean and extremely well resourced.Parking on site was available.A 30 min walk approx to the jetty and ferry. A few shops - bakery, fish and chips and a small supermarket. Also pub close by.Would recommend to anyone."
A Hidden Gem -- Cornish Cottage with Private Shared Valley and Beach - REDUCTION

"We booked last minute and had a lovely stay at the cottage. It’s definitely like walking into a time warp, but it’s spotlessly clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. Linen and towels were also good quality which was nice too. Poppy was excellent with communication, and very responsive. The location of the house is amazing, very quiet with a beautiful garden through a small valley down to a private beach. A lovely cottage that we would definitely go back to."
