Jane introduced herself personally on our arrival and welcomed us with scones, jam and cream. The home is so comfortable with attention to detail everywhere you look. The washer/dryer was a bonus and the gorgeous garden was a nice area to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing. The cows in the paddock visited every afternoon. This is easily the best home we have stayed in on our travels and the location was perfect. We travelled from Australia to holiday in Cornwall and our whole experience was wonderful. The home is so spacious and has everything you need. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well equipped! It is located down a private lane and is very quiet with stunning views. The location was perfect as you are only 5 minutes from Padstow. We were looking forward to having a BBQ but felt it could have done with being replaced as it was very rusty so we didn’t bother. Having said that the downstairs lounge was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the swivel chairs admiring the view from the lounge. It’s in a beautiful spot with lots to do in the area. Close enough to Padstow but out in the country with wonderful views over the fields to the river in the distance. Easy to get to lots of coves to enjoy the sea.
