It’s a very peaceful location but just a 20 min walk across the golf course to Polzeath beach. The garden is lovely just be aware that it is not enclosed if bringing dogs or small children. The location is outstanding - near the beach, by the golf course, quiet and relatively secluded. The 'cottage' was excellent - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The younger member of the family particularly liked the games room (garage) and all the sports kit. The garden and surrounds are well maintained and fitted our requirements well. The only reason we dropped 'value for money' by one point is that the 4pm arrival on day one and 10am departure on the last day is limiting; we understand the Covid issue and cleaning but guests at the property would welcome some relaxation when possible.
