Ideal location . We walked to Rock beach regularly and to the local bakers , pub fishmongers and butchers . Close to so many beautiful Cornish beaches and landmarks . Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return . Rock beach is just stunning and dog friendly all year round … even in August sunshine there was ample space and everyone was so friendly . There's a lovely back yard with outdoor furniture and BBQ. There's a line for clothes between two trees which we used a lot in the fantastic weather we had. The beds were all comfy, although we didn't use the bunk room, and having two bathrooms and a washing machine was a welcome relief for weary travellers such as ourselves. This house was in a quiet location which was fantastic for sleep. Bluntrock Brewery is a 5 minute walk away, as is the Pityme Inn. The only downside was that there was no starter pack of tea and coffee etc in the kitchen and only one and a half rolls of toilet paper between 2 bathrooms. The only thing I would say is that it suited us with 4 adults and 2 dogs but I think that 8 people would be very cosy and there was only a small garden table so definitely could not sit 8 outside. Pityme Inn is only a 5 min walk good beer and pub grub, great local walks and beach 30 mins walk perfect for dogs, would recommend. Would have thought bed linen and towels to have been included for the price. ##### Jayne B. Located in a small complex of bungalows, it is very quiet and residential but only a short walk to the nearest pub, baker, fishmonger, general store and butcher (and the Sharpe’s brewery for a beer or tour). The house is very well equipped if you choose to self cater and the living space was comfortable for the 3 of us and two medium dogs. The garden is a good size, south facing, and secluded but due to the weather we didn’t make best use of it. Our host, Derek, was very quick to respond to questions. ##### John R.
