Keepers Cottage is one of the lovely cottages converted from the original Stables at Roserrow; a popular holiday retreat which is just a short walk from the lovely Polzeath beach and village amenities.

Featuring ‘upside down living', the first floor boasts a large open-plan sitting and dining area with comfortable sofa's, a cosy electric fire place and a dining table perfect for gather round and enjoying a home-cooked meal. The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and coffee maker; clean up is a breeze with the handy dishwasher. There is also a useful washer/dryer on hand. Alongside the kitchen are french doors which open up to the south-facing sun terrace. Here you can sip on a glass of something cool and refreshing while taking in the legendary Cornish sunsets as they fall across the surrounding fields.

This charming holiday home offers three lovely bedrooms. The cosy twin bedroom is located on the first floor along with the family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC; while the further two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One king-size bed with en-suite shower room and a further twin room also with an en-suite shower room.

To entertain everyone, Keepers also has a games room with a pool table and a second television, which is tucked away at the back of the property so guests can get as competitive as they like!

Keeper's Cottage is a stunning Cornish hideaway which has been tastefully furnished throughout, and provides the perfect base camp to enjoy quiet relaxing days at the beach or in which to explore the wider delights of North Cornwall.
