No smoking.. Welcome to Seals Cove, a tranquil, single-level holiday retreat that embodies a stylish beach house feel. Perched on a hill overlooking the vibrant village of Polzeath, this home offers breathtaking views of the vast Atlantic and the golden sands below. Accommodating up to six guests, Seals Cove features three comfortable bedrooms: two doubles, one with an added wash basin, and a bunk room that’s perfect for younger guests. The home is filled with natural light, with a conservatory dining room that provides a perfect spot for meals with a view, and a separate, well-equipped kitchen that offers all the conveniences of home. The lounge, featuring a corner sofa and wall-mounted TV, is the perfect place to unwind, with sea views adding to the serene atmosphere.  
  
From the driveway, you can walk through the small, enclosed garden, looking back to take in the stunning beach and sea view. The outdoor space is equally inviting, with a garden area perfect for enjoying a drink as the sun sets, painting the sky in shades of red, orange, purple, and pink. The soothing sounds of the waves provide a relaxing backdrop to your evenings, making Seals Cove a place where memories are made.  
  
Just five minutes down the hill is Polzeath’s village centre, renowned for its sweeping golden sands and prime surf conditions. Here, you’ll find an eclectic range of restaurants, bars, boutique shops, surf shops, and small grocery stores. Polzeath has long been a popular destination, once a famous haunt of poet laureate Sir John Betjeman and Enid Blyton’s fictitious Famous Five.  
  
The natural beauty of this location is truly captivating, whether you’re strolling along the beach, exploring the rock pools at low tide, or hiking along the scenic cliff tops. A short, ten-minute drive away is the charming fishing village of Rock, nestled on the famous Camel Estuary and known locally as the Cornish ’Saint Tropez.’ This area is rich in natural beauty, with sublime walks to both Polzeath and Daymer Bay and a range of celebrity chef-inspired restaurants and pubs to enjoy.
