Toliet was clogged over 2 days and no one could provide a plunger. My room reservation was canceled even though i waas present and riom was paid for from 10am .

Yes the room were clean and everything was great to include the staff as they were very accommodating. The property was nice as well and everything was awesome. I have stayed here before and was happy I was able to do so again
