"The expectations were high, but the experience was missed. We were excited to stay here due to the hype of Magnolia but unfortunately the lobby is the most exciting part of the hotel. The rooms are subpar and the hotel itself was decent. There have been many more hotels that were so detailed oriented but this one was not so much. Take a tour of the lobby area and you get the most exciting part of the hotel."

"Being your own WASH CLOTHS as they are NOT provided for you OR be prepared to purchase your own and submit receipt to be reimbursed. What a disappointment. Never have had this happen before. Bathing with hand towels is not my thing."
