We lucked into being their the same weekend as the Waco Farmers Market in their new location. It was walkable and worth going. The bookstore in the same building as our unit was the perfect way to end the night with a glass of wine and walking around looking at books. ##### Mona W. Love how the success of Chip and Joanna has run throughout the city. We stayed in this wonderful rental and walked to a lot of places. In great location. Property manager very responsive. This condo was just as expected. It worked great for the girls trip that a friend and I took. Both bedrooms were comfortable and having our own bathrooms was a big plus. Parking was super convenient & we could walk to all the things we wanted to do. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Silos and right next to the Dr Pepper museum. Close to downtown bars and restaurants, and the Saturday farmers market. The bookstore in the building is great as well! ##### Kate M. The condo is close to everything including Fabled, a lovely bookstore just right outside in the same building. I do recommend packing slippers unless you’re staying in the warmer months. The concrete floors were chilly! But the condo itself is outfitted well with everything you need. Even though it’s on a busy street & basically on the ground level, we had no trouble with noise - pretty quiet overall. ##### Kirsten B.
