All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned. Pets: We are pet-friendly! Pets are required to be listed on the reservation and the pet fee must be paid. Maximum of 2 pets only No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.
