Escape to a Restored 1920s East Waco Bungalow

  • Located just across the river from downtown - only 5 minutes from Magnolia Silos and 4 minutes from Baylor`s McLane Stadium! This 1920’s East Waco bungalow was recently restored to make your stay full of comfort, quiet, and rest. Walking distance to Brotherwell Brewery (for you beer-lovers), Lula Jane’s Bakery (trust me: the chocolate-chip cookies are a must), and Train Waco (a crossfit gym in case you need to work off the beer and cookies). Escape to East Waco!

    The house boasts an open-floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee? We’ve got you covered. Keurig for an easy grab-and-go.

    Large family-size dining table to enjoy your meal or send a few work emails from your computer. If you’re here for work, our fast wifi will not disappoint.

    Large smart TV, for all of you trying to catch up on Game of Thrones!

    Each bedroom offers a queen-size bed, topped with memory foam, to make sure you have a very comfortable sleep.

    Washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer will help you look fresh around town.

    This house has quite a large, fenced yard, so bring along your pets! They’re welcome for an additional fee.

    I live close by, so I can assist you with anything you might need. I’ll be available via text or messaging through the Airbnb site.

    The home is just across the river from downtown, a few minutes’ drive to Magnolia Silos and Baylor`s McLane Stadium. Walk to Brotherwell Brewing for beer, Lula Jane’s for must-try chocolate-chip cookies, and crossfit gym Train Waco to work it off.

    Lyft and Uber are popular ways of getting around town if you don`t have a vehicle with you.

    Waco transit has a free Silo District Trolley that runs continuously, if you are interested.

    With 3 bedrooms, the house is perfect for 6 guests.

    After 6 guests, there is an additional fee of $50 per guest, per night.

    If you need an air mattress we are happy to make it up for you in the living room, just let us know in advance.
