  • Welcome to The DogTrot Hotel Unit C, our stylish brick duplex, located minutes from the heart of Waco! This private BOTTOM floor unit combines industrial charm with cozy comforts perfect for couples, solo travelers, Baylor visitors.

    You'll love:
    - Private entry & entire ground-floor space
    - Open concept living room
    - Two comfortable bedrooms with your own shower and bathroom in each bedroom
    - First bedroom has aspacious king bed, and the second bedroom has a lovely queen bed
    - Fully stocked kitchen
    - Easy self check-in & private parking space

    *Top floor is rented separately


    Please park on the "gray gravel"- we own all three houses, so please feel free to park anywhere you see the gray gravel around the property- thank you!! Try and keep the driveway clear, so all cars can get thru- we appreciate it!
