"Sunny is amazing!!! He was so responsive when communicating before and during out stay. The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, there was ample room in the kitchen, and we had a washer/dryer to use. KP Hole was close so we could access the Rainbow River with ease and only a 20 min driver to get into town. We had plenty of room to park an SUV with a kayak trailer. Rainbow River Bungalows was quiet and well maintained."

"This hidden, off the beaten path gem is worth the drive. We enjoyed Cedar Key Inn from beginning to end. It is truly such a quaint, clean inn and the room decor brought me back to my grandparents' house. I thoroughly enjoyed the best shower I've had in a long time with excellent water pressure in any hotel."

"Room wa ok, but our neighbors on both sides sat outside thier rooms to smoke. The pool was in no condition to swim in, and the hot tub was closed."

"This is the first time in a while that the home itself was better than the photos! We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the ease of communicating with Kelly when we had questions. The hosts genuinely care about guests having a good stay! Everything was clean and fresh, and we had zero issues with any appliances, etc, which is always a relief. Highly recommend if you want to stay near Rainbow Springs."

"Restaurant 12/10, guys in office 10/10, but property overall i would rate 4/10. Very crowded. Busy street. Not like photos. Rooms felt very rundown, have to have a reservation to do absolutely anything (and if you get there past 2pm you’re out of luck- can’t rent kayaks or paddle or do any tours past then). The bed was VERY hard, a/c didn’t work (was making noises turning on and off all night my son and I slept without blankets), and the pillows were like these huge square boulders under your neck. Would go back to the pub a million times, never ever ever again stay at the motel though."
