"I loved the hotel, so in keeping with the city of Brugge. Just to remind people if you have walking issues it is quite a few stairs to the rooms. We had a twin room which was very spacious. Shower in the bath was a little hard for me to get in and out of as just had knee operation but I made it. Wonderful owner who made us very welcome."

"Excellent staff. Close to airport. The reception was outstanding! Very friendly young lady from New Zealand made check in fun and easy. One of our party forgot his phone in his room and the staff quickly got it and had it back to him at the airport in time for our international flight! Highly recommended!!!"

"Brilliant hotel location with gated parking (entrance is around the corner from the hotel). Nice outdoor courtyard and indoor bar area. Room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at 3pm, but we didn’t have to wait too long for it, and the receptionist was very apologetic. Room had a sofa, which is always nice to have. You have to pre-book the parking space at Hotel Acacia, and (within 24 hours of arrival) register your vehicle for access to Bruges Old Town, otherwise you risk a fine for daytime access. "

"Lovely location on the edge of the Burg. Terrace for drinks and dining has a great view of the Burg. The room we had was in the eaves, was large with lots of old beams. "
