La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano...

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. The espresso machine was very very nice for us to get our drinks 24/7!! We were so happy that there's an elevator all the way to the 6th floor where our room was. The roof terrace was one flight of stairs up from there and it gave us a nice view of Old Town Bern. Highly recommend staying here. "
