"We spent 1 night on Vulcano in the really nice Pensione La Giara. It is conveniently situated on a relatively quiet street on a little over 5 min walk from the port, and on route to the path ascending to the vulcano. We were in two neighbouring bedrooms with shared bathroom for both rooms, which was perfect for our family of four. The owner on arrival advised on the trip up the vulcano and on nearby restaurants. Ablage- und Staumöglichkeiten waren zu wenig vorhanden, weder Garderobe noch Haken für Handtücher in Küche und Bad waren ausreichend.
