"We had an excellent stay here. The staff went out of their way to help us, So friendly and helpful, really kind and our kids loved them! There was bit of confusion about where to park when we arrived after a long and stressful journey and Lara even came over to meet us and waited for us to grab our bags and show us where to park. The staff are based at the Jasna Resort just a couple of minutes up the road but are super responsive. I didn’t get the young man’s name who gave my kids sweets and hosted the mini reception area in the foyer but he was also fantastic. Also provided a fan when it go very hot!!! Highly recommend this beautiful property which is superbly located a couple of minutes walk from everything in town, 5 minutes from the river and 10-15 minutes walk from the lake. We would love to return. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The staff at the reception were kind and friendly with us.Breakfast was exceptional but it opens 6:30 am to 9:30am which is fine for skiing but in the summer it could be open till 10:30 so you can have a relaxed morning. When you first enter the room it is nice and clean but they don’t clean your room when you’re out."

"Great place to stay in the middle of the nature. Nice and quiet place, with a 2 minuts walk to the river for a refreshing dip in the crystal clear water. Great place for hiking and in the small town you find a nice restaurant and a small place to buy groceries and ice cream. Very recommandable place to stay, just be aware of the steps down to the house, which is part of this very nice experience "

"Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases into the lobby. There is a combination of half ramp half stairs that requires carrying your luggage. This is an easy thing to resolve and is honestly the only thing to find at fault with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area."

"This was an extremely nice cabin to stay in with beautiful views. All of the conveniences of home were readily available. It was a perfect location in Slovenia to home base for multiple day trips and it was also a very short walk into town. The views from the back porch were absolutely amazing."
