The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children and offers a comfortable box spring bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, and a small, functional kitchen with a fridge, cooker, sink, and filter coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. On the terrace, you will find a seating set for four people, which can be protected from sun or rain with electric blinds.   
  
The apartment is located only 400 metres from the sea, in an idyllic bay with a kilometre-long pebble beach. Sandy beaches that gently slope into the sea can be reached in 2-3 km at Nin. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants, cafés, pizzerias, snack bars, ice cream parlours and supermarkets. Bicycles are available to guests free of charge, as is a parking space directly at the property.   
  
The location is ideal for families, couples, or small groups who want to combine peace and nature with diverse leisure opportunities. Visit historical sites like Nin or discover Croatia's famous national parks such as Plitvice Lakes, Krka, Kornati, and Paklenica. For party enthusiasts, the island of Pag with Zrće beach is only about 70 km away.
